Easter and “Easter II” at Crosstown
What is "Easter II"? The day we continue to celebrate because there’s too much joy on Easter to limit it to only one Sunday of the year. “Who Do You Say that I am?” was the name of the Choral / Drama presentation that was shared in Worship.
During the drama, we heard from a number of those who occupy a prominent role in the last week of Jesus’ life: John, Peter, Mary, Pontius Pilate, Joseph of Arimathea, Mary Magdalene. We were privileged to hear the wonderings, questions, and observations of each of these persons. The vital point was proclaimed: “ Who do you say that I am?”
Thank you to the worship and drama team for drawing us to ponder and reflect on the identity of the one who is “the RESURRECTION AND THE LIFE!”
